Without religion ever existing this world would actually be a better place...I think the best religious preference is to respect the Earth you live on adn respect life in all it's forms. I think that worshipping some omipresent omnipotent super-power is ridiculous...It just goes to show how dependant the human psyche is on thinking there's someone to watch over them.
