When I first started I used the bar.... and these were like 1-3 footer songs. I looked pretty dumb.
But I never use the bar now... (I can play up to 9 footers, maybe Sakura on heavy, but have never tried.)
And yeah, I agree with FishFishRevolution, the arrows are all I'm worried about while playing, and because of this I forget to blink, and that dries up my contacts, and they usually end up falling out!!! I've probably lost up to 6 contacts playing ddr!
