Custom noteskin for 3.9 / 3.95 ( salAndy+ )

A modification of UltimateV2 noteskin inspired from DeltaWHD/Ayumu+ noteskin which supports both 4 key and 6 key, upscroll and downscroll.

Beats default noteskin ported for StepMania 5+/Etterna
