I have a trick for myself. I just load the player 3 or 4 times, and then i doesn't lag anymore. But it works for me. I don't know of ot works for you too.

I use Firefox, with the option to erase...

No matter what PC I use, it's the same every time. I tried my own, my mom's, my little brother's and Every time I play it lags every 3 seconds. :(:(:(
