Exactly in what way are you trying to open them? are you going to the room select screen in gunz, clicking the bottom left where it says replay and opening it? If you've done this and it doesn't work...

Im not tosh but you use the gunz program to watch. Hold on a sec ill try and find the specific folder to put them in so you can watch them.

If your pc is kind of low end e.g kind of old then vista will probably make your pc slow which
could in turn affect your ffr performance. I would stick with xp but that is my opinion.
