My charting style mostly rarely focus on PR because I usually focus on playability.
That's also one of the reason I chart snare or cymbal with one, two or three notes depending of the situation.

That depend on what you mean by easy :

-If you really mean an easy chart (EZ) aka undercharted, then no, i'm not interrested. (note: If you go for a full spread, then it's ok to have easier diffs)...
