As far as I know, you don't need to hit every note that isn't a 16th in order to complete the challenge. Considering this is a 68, including such a stipulation would provide a high barrier to entry...

I think the implication is that you can't nominate yourself to play in D7 with the sole purpose of obtaining the token and sandbagging, but if you participate in D7 legitimately you are still granted...
