Seiken Densetsu 3. It's japanese and you'd have to rom it and patch with a translation but it's well worth it. It's a Secret of Mana/Evermore style with quite a bit of character class customization...

I've been at this game for a while now. The team I've settled on is Wolverine/Cap/Ryu. Their crossover combo isn't great, but Cap can tank a bit and Wolvy/Ryu can both team aerial combo in to ultras....

Doing the trials Im having troubles going from Crouching Punch or Kick to a Shoryuken or Tiger Uppercut. It always goes into a hadoken or high tiger shot. What should the timing be like for those.

Ya, I'm pretty horrible but sure. I'm starting to use Sakura more, Sagat too. I only have Akuma, Gouken and Seth to get.

Best thing for PvP is to incorporate Dash and Fade Step into your combos. This way you can dodge and buy time while combo'ing. Also use knockdown techniques like Rising Shot or whatever and Force...

The penalties for PKing:
a) If you attempt another PK while in PK Penalty status, you will lose 1,000 Honor Points.
b) If you kill a character while in PK Penalty status, you will lose 10,000 Honor...

Ya, I haven't hopped on yet, but I plan to soon.

Cores are rather expensive. I don't know about force cores, but a High Upgrade Core is ~100k or a little above.
