seriously , ragnaros Hero was decend b4 the nerf , a hard encounter, yes , but for me (raided M'uru) (god damn that was by far the most difficut encounter ever created ( sunwell was best!) , can say...

yes the idea was nice, but they kinda failed that hard..
and healing, well i never had any problems with that , i mean seriously, all you have to do is bind your mainhealing spells onto your mouse...

healing is one of the easiest jobs atm, since cata i think dd-ling has become quite a difficult job if you want to keep your dps at a maximum.
there might be brainoff classes tho, but to get a...

well addons , lol, i use an addon called "WoW -Matrix" , this one is awesome it contains any updates u want , and u can simply upgrade all addon by one click , it's awesome =D
