X8 has such an amazing soundtrack, the voice acting is like 500% better and they reverted to the formula of success. Plus the stages are challenging and the boss fights are reasonably difficult if...

I enjoyed the throw together of X6. The story is more about Alia than anyone else which I personally thought was needed because we were kinda just... given her.
