Ever Just Have One Of Those Days?

Where everything that can possibly go wrong, has gone wrong? Well, I've had one of those weeks.

Sunday: I went to bed at 6 AM. I had work at noon, but figured I'd get enough to last. Well, nope. 8 AM they call and ask me to come in. So, I worked 7 hours with 2 hours of sleep. When I get out I had to bike 12 miles to see my friend. Then another 8 to see my girlfriend. On th eway home I couldn't make it all the way. So, we stopped outside my friend's house. I passed out for 3 hours on his stairs and nobody could wake me. Finally they did. We started back towards my house, but I couldn't make it all the 12 miles back so I slept in the park that night. Fun?

Monday: My friend and his girlfriend break up. She asks me to chill with her. She ended up crying on my shoulder the whole time. Eh, could've been worse. When does it get worse? Now. So, I head home and open up my favorite site, FFR. What do I see? My accounts been hacked and 40,000 credits gone! How great?

Tuesday: I got grounded for sleeping in the park. Not so bad, I still have my phone to call people and use the internet on. Well, low and behold, my phone decides to break on me when I'm out biking around. That got me mad, but I figured I'd just head home. On my way home, guess what happens? My tire pops! So, I had to walk all th eway home with my bike and no phone. Oh, then it decides to start to rain on me.

Wednesday: My gf breaks up with me.

Thursday: Don't know yet.

So, FFR, let me ask you, have you ever just had one of those days?

It's not the end of the world dude. Most of these things are material values, so it's all good in the end. Sorry about the gf though.

I also don't see why a girl crying on your shoulder would be a bad thing.

@robertsona: lol

This isn't a "those days", this is a "those /weeks/". Sorry bro, but I feel for ya. My g/f of almost 3.5 years and I have been going through a break up the last 2 weeks.

Dude, that's more than just one of those days.

Stay away from flammable objects, train tracks, and tall buildings/cliffs.

Sounds quite normal to me, except I don't involve myself with girls irl. I mean magnitude-wise. Don't worry, we all move on.

One week I unexpectedly lost motivation to do anything so I sat in my room on my bed for 7 or 8 days with my laptop not really doing anything at all. Sorry to hear about your bad week, hope things get better.

I've had a lot of those days.

They aren't fun.

Just remember that after the storm comes a rainbow.

Things will get better, maybe not sooner, but they will.

You obviously don't know what I'm referencing and are not worthy of my conversation.

Alright bro, here is what you should do:

1: Don't go to sleep at 6 AM when you have work the next day, Nothing good happens at your home after 3 AM. That one was your fault. Thus, the rest of that day sucked because you were really tired. Also, if you have a job, and are actually 17, go buy a car and get your license. Biking 12 miles, while healthy, is ridiculous. Buses exist as well.

2: If you saw your friend's girl break up with him, and then asks you to hang out with her, you know she either wants to A)Do things that could get you in trouble with your friend. B) Cry on your shoulder about all of it. So you should have been expecting that, depending on how close you guys were in the first place. As for your FFR stuff being hacked or whatever, that should be the least of your concerns. This is just a video game, and credits aren't real. They shouldn't affect your mental state as much as events in your daily life should.

3. Sleeping in a park is stupid. You had a cell phone at the time as you said. I don't know about your particular family or friend situation, but there should have been at least ONE person you could have called to pick you up so you wouldn't have to sleep like a homeless person. Your parents grounding you is understandable, but it doesn't seem like they did much(and thus, doesn't seem as if you learned your lesson) As you see, this was another negative event that was created indirectly by you (No sleep=tired=can't make it home=sleeps in the park=gets grounded) So you see how these things snowball.

4. How did your phone just "break" on you? Also, your tire just happened to pop as well, and then it rained? That's just really unlucky, not really your fault I guess.

5. Your girlfriend breaks up with you. Well, if she knew the kind of week you were having, and she still broke up with you, she seems like an ass to begin with. You're 17 and young, so don't worry about it. People break up all the time. Whatever reasoning was involved I'm sure seems stupid or illogical, but that's high school for you.

So in conclusion, most of these things were created by your own actions. So don't feel so bad about them, because you were partially responsible(and thus, you have learned and then can fix it or prevent it from happening the next time. For why do we fall, but to only pick ourselves back up again). As for the things you couldn't control A) Buy a new tire ring and fix the flat. B) Fix the cell phone, or get another one. C) You'll find another girl soon. D) FFR is just a game, earn the credits back.

Life isn't as bad if you break it down and don't allow it to overwhelm you.

It's not age, it's common sense that when you're a teenager, you go through relationships like revolving doors, and if you're too stupid to see that, go ahead and be a bleeding heart in the name of love... which you must know so much about as well.

And as I see it, tps did a good thing in giving advice. Yeah, rzr's situation is ****, and I know what it's like to go through a ****storm. But you know what? I didn't have a friend to kick the crap out of me and tell me to man up and get a handle on things. And that's something I sorely needed. So think before you post, will you?

Quote:

Nothing against you tps, but in the end, really only one thing was rzr's fault, and that was sleeping in the park.
Most of the events ended up getting set in motion by rzr's own actions and how he handled situations. That's not to say that he deserved what he got because of simple mistakes, or that there's any way of helping certain things, but at the same time he should still man up, look at the situation, try to learn from it, and move on to better things.

Unless you recommend wearing heavy black eyeliner on top of caked-up makeup, slitting his wrists, and writing bad poetry about how he'll never love another girl again.

The sky is gray
My soul is black
I cry all day
But you're not coming back
I want to kiss
Your pretty lips
I love the way
You move your hips
I like to eat
Potato chips
You have great feet
My heart, it rips

My tears they stain
They hurt my brain
Can't take the pain
Standing in the rain

OHH

But you're gone
And I'm here alone
Nobody to call on the phone
Love is what I want
I need you here with me
Cuz we're meant to be

WAHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

OHHH EWAHHHHHHHHH
OH GOD I CANT TAKE THE PAIN

OH WAHHHHHHH

FUQING WAHHHHHHH

ps - i hope you all enjoy the poetry. that was taken from the depths of my colon.
