Ah, funmonkey was so close. If he just played for 2 more minutes.

Yeah, I think Kirby pretty much sealed his victory in. For anyone besides funmonkey and qqwref, they need a 600+ lead on him, and right now he's at 64. lol

2 moar days. go for it. get 4th place.

Re: Musiks's Summer FFR Competiton

Yeah, 4th place is wide open at the moment. Only three people have really gotten huge numbers of AAAs, and getting 100 or so shouldn't take more than an hour. Go for it!

Interesting stats for today: at this point Excite Bike is actually the #1 played song! Yay? Also, I'm impressed at Kirby's AAA attack (AAAA?) since it seems to be quite a bit better than mine. Just did 200 anyway, I'll do more later.

Incidentally, it should be possible to get OVER NINE THOUSAND AAAs over a three day period assuming you don't sleep, have a reasonably good AAA attack, and never get bored. I wonder if anyone's crazy enough to try that.

I did the math and if someone played Excite bike nonstop, got all AAAs, and played for 3 days they could get 25,900 AAAs. That's if someone did all this perfectly haha. I'm guessing no one would really ever want to try for that though.

gotta count the time inbetween each song selection to.

Re: Musiks's Summer FFR Competiton

Yeah, I find that I have to wait for the black flag thing to show up before it's really counted. So it's maybe 12-13 seconds per play, not counting FFR downtime/lag...

EDIT: Oh yeah, you also have only around 23.5 hours per day, since Musiks says he checks half an hour before the refresh. And of course nobody is perfect at AAA (wait, never mind, MrRubiks is), so realistically we should assume about 15 mistakes for each hundred AAAs, with each mistake taking about five seconds if you use autofail. I think this works out to a little under 20k AAAs.

, but you could win this? You are only 53 behind! That's nothing... :(

Also, do you count the AAAs from 11:30 to 12:00?

Ah, that sucks. Shouka just lost 57 AAAs. :(

Re: Musiks's Summer FFR Competiton

Well, we'll see. I dunno how much Kirby615 will do tomorrow (1000? really?); maybe he'll spend the entire day AAAing. (As for me there was some filming for a TV show today so I missed something like 6 hours that I could have done some AAAs in, but that's okay.) Personally I think just ending with a score of 1337 is neat enough to offset a 2nd place finish, but if first (or second) place goes too much higher than that I'll probably keep playing. Or maybe not. Dunno.

EDIT: Oh, also, I ended my 500 today about 10 minutes before Musiks checked it... could've gone for 600 but I didn't want to lose any :) Too bad for Shouka and Kirby615.
