America's Grading System

I've seen some people get confused over the differences between their country and America's grading system, so I thought this might be helpful.

An "A" is the highest grade and is 90-100% of the paper correct.
A "B" is 80-89% of the paper correct.
A "C" is considered average and is 70-79% of the paper correct.
A "D" is 60-69% of the paper correct.
An "F" is a failing grade and is less than 60% of the paper correct.

Perhaps a sticky if this is useful?

Re: America's Grading System

Not only is your information misleading (not every A-F system works like that, nor does every American school follow that system), this thread is about as far from critical thinking as you can get.

Read the rules of the forum, please.
