FFR Arrow Renders

I hope to God that this hasn't been posted before...

I spent about a half-an-hour rendering out all of the different colors of FFR arrows in the game.

They're free to use for whatever, credit might be nice (for the rendering, not design).

Enjoy... :-)

EDIT:
Can anyone tell me what the hell the white note is all about? How do you count one of those things?

White note is 256th note. Essentially, in FFR, it's the same as whatever note is closest to it. At 30 fps, it isn't a huge difference.

Whoa. This would be really helpful. Thanks for taking out the time to do this because I have a banner request that requires FFR arrows. I'll definately give you credit for the arrows. :D

No, a white arrow is anything that isn't listed (to my knowledge)

A 5th could show up as a white arrow, a 8384213th could show up as a white arrow, a 25th could show up as a white arrow, and whatever.

Just rotate them, lol.

Oh and thanks everyone. This thread was dead for awhile... glad someone noticed it now.

Anything that's not 4,8,12,16,24,32,48,64th note would be white.

I still don't like FFR orange arrows lol

It seems that no one here has downloaded the flashflashrevoltion noteskin before and tampered around in the noteskin's file.

I heard the white arrows were 124ths.

Re: FFR Arrow Renders

The middle parts of the arrows are actually partially transparent as you can see with some songs in FFR with backgrounds. (e.g. pondering stuff)

Edit: I edited your already made arrow renders and put transparency where it should belong.

I didn't mess with the opacity because that would still leave the black from the black background in FFR mixed with the new background, so I just exchanged the black color with transparency.

WHich is why P4U is so annoying to read

The actual transparency is virtually impossible to precisely reproduce. If you're that picky, then simply trace the more transparent parts with the pen tool, and fill them in a layer mask with different opacities.

Re: FFR Arrow Renders

I edited the post I made above to include the arrows, but the main reason why I thought there should be transparency is because most people who use these arrows are going to have a background other than black for the picture, and to correctly represent the FFR arrows, the background would show through the arrows.

Yes, but honestly.. People know the arrows to look like what they are on a black background. I don't think it makes a huge difference.

Oh... Eventually, I'll modify the FFR noteskin to have these better renders in them instead of the super-crappy ones.

It would be nice if Synthlight or someone who works with flash for FFR would just offer us the renders.

Yeah... No kidding.

BTW: I see what you mean about it being useful sometimes...
