HELP STLUNATIC PLEASE

I know this isn't FFR but I don't care.. the most people look here..

Why can't you place a capacitor in series with a resistor and inductor in practice? (resistor + inductr = motor). What will happen?

stlunatic will make a thread about it?

moved to CT... as this is basic E/M Physics. but, seeing as how I HATE E/M Physics, I won't be answering this.

or circuit theory ENEE204 :) it's extra credit and i can't find it on google.. i feel like it will just mess up the phase of the motor

Re: HELP STLUNATIC PLEASE

the motor will cough

why don't you try building the circut?

Re: HELP STLUNATIC PLEASE

All I know is that the inductor resists the flow of AC current, and the capacitor resists the flow of DC current.
Sorry that this is such a useless post but... you never know. It might help.

What type of current is it?
