Rock category (not a song suggestion)

While i was looking through the rock song category I noticed almost every song in there (for me) is metal. I think we should get some real rock songs not metal songs or just put all the metal songs in a new "Metal" category.

Only one of those songs is metal haha.

There are a few pop-punk type and a few industrial rock. Only one metal song though (Resistance by ZAO).

I would say that ZAO is more metal than Meticallica, simply because Metallica is so mainstream.

Chris who gives a rats ass if something's mainstream or not.

Music is music.

Panic at the disco is mainstream but that's what all the "unique" kids listen to. I'd rather have mainstream good music than indie bad music. The only difference to me is that i can get indie music off of #it. If something's indie or not has NOTHING to do with the genre of the music.

That's not really what I meant by that. I meant that Metallica caters more closer to everyone than to metal heads alone (in the same way 50 cent caters more to the general populous than to pure rap fans).

I don't know. Bad example. I hope you understand though. I didn't really mean that because they're popular, they're less metal. I meant that they're less metal because they try to be more mainstream. I don't know if that made sense, but yeah whatever.

Rock category won't be changed to anything else...

but I'll add getting another rock song or two added to my to-do list. Myspace, here I come.
