Tentacle Backgrounds
I worked this afternoon on these. As you can see one has text in the lower right hand corner and one doesn't. I couldn't decide which one looked better. Comments are welcome.
EDIT: Did these in Photoshop. EDIT 2: Final, smoothed out, copies: ![]() ![]() |
RE: Tentacle Backgrounds
A more little antialaising?
Other than that, It looks nice. Good way to make it monochromatic, yet still contrast well. |

Here it is with the edges a bit more smoothed out:
EDIT: See first post. |
RE: Tentacle Backgrounds
Wow, that looks 10x better than the first pic.
Nice. |

Updated.

RE: Tentacle Backgrounds
Wow. I didnt mean THAT much softening. You dont want to lose the definition of the edges.
(Of course, I dont know where you are wanting to go with the picture.) |
RE: Tentacle Backgrounds
I like it better softened. I might experiment and do something with the edges in between the two.
I am not really planning to do anything with the picture =/ |
RE: Tentacle Backgrounds
its a cool start, now try working them into a piece.

RE: Tentacle Backgrounds
