RE: oml bryce render than i liked
Toruses rock when they don't look like toruses.

RE: oml bryce render than i liked
Cool...but doesn't really fit the song. Speedy and wintry, I'd say. Like looking out the window of a bullet train driving through the Alps in the middle of a blizzard.

RE: oml bryce render than i liked

RE: oml bryce render than i liked
Yeah it doesn't really match the song. The color fits well but the BG itself is just too ornate.
but It looks nice :) |

bryce is a piece of crap. But the pic is kinda interesting in an abstract sense. Ar ethere any maya or max users?

You are dumb. |
well thank you for the finely educated comments. Bryce is still a cruddy program. And Im still curious if there is anybody else on here who uses max/maya/xsi instead.
|
I think YOU'RE a crappy program.
Show me what you've made with these master programs you seem to like(if you have at all, as your text implies) so much. |
maya is the staple of the industry. Its what most movies you watch and a majority fo the video games you play are created in. XSI once it gets its foothold in the door will make an even bigger splash due to its new non-destructive workflow techniques. Now... anymore more witty comebacks kiddo?
|
I have a suggestion. Show some of your work.

when the user gallery comes back up you are more than welcome to peruse my stuff.

Not a great idea to call someone a nickname concerning young age if you don't know how old they are, either. |

fine, ive uploaded a couple models i have worked on recently to my ftp account. I mostly work on character design but i have begun venturing into level and set design for video games as thats what it looks like i'll be working on in december at SCEA.
![]() just some guns i modelled for a friend working on a counter-strike model pack. ![]() the car was modelled in maya and the girl was a sketch i colorized fairly quickly in photoshop and stuck in for shits and giggles. ![]() a head ive been working on. Keep in mind its done in low poly's as it will be ported into a game engine. ![]() not quite sure what really prompted me to do this, just started working on it a few weeks ago. ![]() patch model nurbs with dramatic blue lighting... bleh ![]() this is a head i was modeeling some hair for. Drawing spline curves to interpolate maya's paintFX between. ![]() this was the result of that head. The shader was created using a color ramp driven by a facing ratio to give the impression of a holographic face. Basically the idea is the further the angle of tangentry to the camera, the mor saturated of a red you get. The same technique was used in Resident Evil for the hologram of the girl. ![]() the same lotus shown earlier but in its entirety. ![]() a prop plane..... Are you both happy now? |
