D2 is heckin' brutal, lol. Not quite AAA or die, but still a bit ridiculous that it's SDG and die for me. Probably won't make it out of Round 2, but that's fine. Maybe if I disappear for another year or two my skill will come back.

is this dj sharpnel's shind bad.

if this is sharpnel's shind bad it's gonna be a bad time for me based on what i know about my skillset so u h o h.

cuz my right wrist has been hurting for the past couple days and we suspect carpal tunnel (pls no) or some sorta RSI which is a y i k e s so I may not even play for half the round which is uh... w e l p.

cuz the issue i have with that is i haven't even been doing anything too intensive the past three days so how it's started hurting so suddenly and so badly (it's startin to hurt up my forearm) is just w h y.

hopefully it's just me being dumb and not CT but y'never know. now time for my online skewling. ;')

I don't want to be that guy, but...

Be careful with that.

I do suggest doing stretches and leaving the game alone for a few days to see if you recover from it.

I've been watching streams and playing a little less recently because I'm also in the middle of recovering from something similar.

Crap this is me too, I chucked this rounds score in early on and then haven't played since. I'm hoping it sorts itself out...

Yeah please be careful, no tournament or game is worth doing major damage. That was why I quit, my left wrist got pretty messed up in 2012. If you don't have one already try getting a brace, it helped mine feel better.

There's a lot of options out there nowadays, especially with esports being so popular. Def worth getting IMO if you play a lot of these games/type a lot etc.

So tomorrow morning I'm going to have all 4 wisdom teeth extracted. I know for most people this isn't too big a deal but because of an underlying genetic condition, it's pretty risky for me. I'm hoping everything goes smoothly and there will be no issues but I wanted to give a heads up just in case something goes awry and the round is late tomorrow.
I do have everything uploaded already so it should be a non-issue, even if I can't release the round another staff member should be able (like AJ)

i've been rotating between heating pad and ice-pack, also just straight up not using the arm for the entire day and it's feeling a billion times better. but at the same time i'm probably still not gonna use it extensively for a good amount of time after it's feeling better. also been takin ibuprofen so that might be what's doing the relief for the most part.

i don't think i have a brace, nor am i sure what they look like or how to get them but iirc we have ACE bandage somewhere so then i really wouldn't be able to use the arm.

on an unrelated note, since i'm not gonna be able to use the arm for a bit i might as well make it look good so we're painting me nails; purple with pink glitter~ also neil cicierega is a trip.

also i hope the teeth thing resolves well! underlying conditions really do be a bitch all the time so hope no complications arise!

Suffered from CT, dont fuck with it

Also Kayla Good Luck on that dentist trip. Hope they're playing classic rock doing your stay. Appointments with country music is the worst.

Seriously let us know how it goes

Are you having difficulties with the roll ? If yes you could probably decrease the number of good in this section to 4/5 by doing double instead n_n otherwise was fun having you in OT

If it's the roll you're havin issues with, it seems slow enough that jumptrilling it isn't gonna be the best idea, but I have a sneaking suspicion that the ACTUAL jumptrill BEFORE the roll? At 310 notes in? If you hit the roll at the same speed as that jumptrill you SHOULD be able to get away with very few goods, if any.

If it's the "wafflestream" just before the roll, if you feel up to it I like to learn jumpstream one half at a time. So for example I'll isolate the section and then only hit the notes on my left hand, only hit the notes on my right hand, then eventually combine the two together to see if I can hit both hands at the same time. I don't know if this works for everyone but I'll put it here just in case. : P Because the jumpstream there is a bunch of offset one-handed trills so it'll feel really awkward but hopefully it comes together nicely!

Surgeon decided to only do one today to see how I do, still really numb at the moment but will update again later. Didn't sleep last night cause stress so will likely crash at some point.

I've always wondered how being totally numb feels, is it like pins and needles or just kinda... non-existent?

Everyone reacts to anesthetics differently but yeah for me it's just I can't feel anything. No pressure, nothing. It's an odd feeling and it went all the way up to my temple lol. It's slowly wearing off now to where I can feel some tingling in my lips. I didn't feel anything he did during though. and it took this dude no more than 30 seconds to pop the thing out too. Really good doc and super attentive to me being a special case, I'm really happy about that cause so many people dismiss my condition which can be deadly in dental procedures.
