Cold fingers
Does anyone else have this problem? Even after playing for hours they will still be freezing :/

Re: Cold fingers
it's because you're playing DDR

Re: Cold fingers
Do some stretches

Re: Cold fingers
Um, I'm no doctor, maybe you are just too tense and are cutting off blood circulation to your fingers. I know I can feel it in my shoulders when I tense up too much, just relax

Re: Cold fingers
Perhaps you should try hiding judgements?

Re: Cold fingers
My hands are always cold, and it's not because I'm tense. I always rub them together before I play ffr, or sometimes run them under a tap of warm water for a bit. Or play with the heater on, if it's cold. :)

Re: Cold fingers
reminds me of my youth spent up in Michigan. I remember once wearing a pair of gloves while playing Flight of the Bumblebee a bunch of times in a row, perhaps going for the FC or some such.
cold fingers/hands is definitely a thing, and it's definitely inhibiting. |
Re: Cold fingers
I have poor circulation, and it results in my hands and feet being exceptionally colder than they should be in most situations and times. It's definitely inconvenient.
I usually start a session by cracking my knuckles and wrists, then running my hands under hot water for a little bit while stretching them out. when warming up I also try to not anchor my arms on my wrists to force my fingers to do more work. |
