Ooooo very cool I love all of those. As strange as it might seem I think I like the wrist one the most, it seems very ornate yet simple, and it's pretty awesome. Seeing yours definitely do make me more excited to get my own though so thanks for sharing haha. Also you might like this vid:

Tomorrow I am getting multiple sketches from an artist I went to high school with and we are gonna go from there, starting the choosing/tweaking process. I'll post them here and keep everyone updated :)

from me to you
so make sure they have a picture of kaepora and theyll be able to draw out how itll look properly with feathers, i put the triforce and rfc in there but this is a good idea for a potential chest piece more so, you never know, if you like mm i can do something like that or you can do the hyrule and lorule triforces together too!

did it happen

Came back because I linked it for reference in PC and Sarah came up with an idea for me, which I actually like a lot. It's definitely more of a chest piece (which the more I think about, the less I'm against). It has not happened because my last post never came true (artist didn't get around to giving me ideas/sketches) so I'm still looking for ideas to fall in love with and refine. I've had thoughts come and go but everything desired in the thread still holds true, with something Harry Potter coming pretty close to the required section (most likely just the Deathly Hallows or something simple like that).

But NOPE hasn't happened but still wants to happen.

I'd argue a permanent inking of the skin is pretty real in most cases.

BTW if you don't have a reference picture of the exact scene, have reference material for the textures you want within the piece. It's actually a better reference material than the entire scene itself--- showing a rougher sketch with a good set of texture and shading references can make it way easier for them to share your vision. Just make sure you know what you want.

I recommend getting a something that has less shading, simply because it has the most impact over time, and it's hard to screw up, very easy to fix mistakes, or to alter the design in the future. But that's my suggestion, it's very limiting (although not really-- a LOT can be done with solid lines and shapes that aren't using shading).

Sorry I guess I should have been more clear. I wouldn't get a Zelda tattoo unless it is something original and very personally meaningful to you, otherwise its just a waste of money, imo. In fact I wouldn't get a Zelda tat at all because it is so overdone but that's on you. If u think its cool that's all that matters. Just be aware that opinions and resolve change over time.. Altho I have a lot of friends with dozens of tats. Maybe get something just less extreme and dont make it such a centerpiece is my 2 cents.
