Pad is pretty difficult -- passed some 12s!
Now that I have whey protein and a proper warmup I'm improving much faster than when I played earlier this year. I had a month hiatus in april (the last serious session I had was in late march and then I played for one day in the april funworld meetup) and just recently got into playing again a few days ago. I'm going to be posting some of the scores I obtained in the two sessions I've had since the hiatus to see my progress
OpenITG stuff So since OpenITG doesn't have any other noteskins besides metal (at least from what I've seen) and I'm used to note, I'm not using openitg anymore for pad play. I'm switching to Stepmania 3.95 which has roll support; the scores in this thread that aren't openitg were from 3.9 but I'm making the transition to 3.95 next session. Does anyone know how to implement note for OpenITG? It's incredibly frustrating seeing my great count double due to metal and cel. It also takes 3 less misses to fail on OpenITG and that's very unappealing; I might as well just stop when I drop below half a lifebar on OpenITG. I'm still playing with marvelouses off because right now MA is arbitrary considering I'm building up my speed and stamina and I constantly adjust when I see a mix of marvelous and perfect. The only way I'm gaining footspeed right now is building up my stamina. No bar scores Bar (in my case, chair) scores Previous session 12s: Today's session: |
