losing my patience

FFR has always been hit-and-miss with me. I'll start getting back into it and knocking off some solid scores and then out of nowhere it starts lagging on me again to the point where it becomes almost unplayable.

I've tried everything for reducing lag from the standalone guide aside from GameBooster or w/e it's called since I end every single process i can before running ffr.

All these scores aside from Nix, Famicom Selecta, and 4 Chord Touhou were done before the lag crap (it obviously doesn't happen every song but with longer songs it happens almost every time). I also don't know how to show my scores with the replay attached like everybody else does and I'm lazy to figure it out so I'll post them old school style lol

First try in a long time, this file was super hard to SDG when it came out rofl

**** you Craprice. One of my most played files here I think

Annoying end patterns here

Finally didn't mess up the right-jack jump things near the end. The 16th anchor thing is simple though

The beginning can die. I'd like to see the replay on this to see where I got the av from

Horribly annoying to AAA for me

Can AAA for sure

gah

Also got 3g on Spoil all on the last triple rofl, gg lag

sick scores. theres a .bat file that i run every time i play ffr that stop explorer from running while ffr is also running n starts up again when i close the standalone. im on my friends comp right now so i cant upload it for you but it works for me when i get mad lag

Re: losing my patience

hmm..good idea there since explorer takes up a ton of memory (at least relative to everything else I have running)

it just irks me how i had no lag last night and anytime before that recently and now bang its there

Re: losing my patience

yeah i know what you mean. i hardly play ffr now because of everything that i have to do just to play some lag free ffr

How to attach replays:
-After song end, click "Save" in bottom right
-Replay will be saved provided you're not full up (which you're far from)
-After saving, go to your profile, check recent games, go to the replay you just saved (your last 10 saved plays are visible) and there's a clickable on the replay page that looks like this:

{replay}XXXXXX{/replay} (but with square brackets)

Click on the replay code, then paste it below the screenshot of the score in your post. Bam.

Re: losing my patience

For Mephisto intro derps, just emphasize the hand doing the long jack, I personally hit them like [13] 2 [134] (in that I make sure my left/right hand hits the 121 correctly, the rest comes way more naturally)
