yah I remember the days where I just spammed 100k bets all the time and it would stretch the page really far down XD. Fun times. I used to have over 1 mil but used it all in my last tournament and donations I made. Atleast I still have some left for another tournament though :)

It's more the concern of you getting your skill back. I mean you did get a holy orders AAA at some point. I know people have had skill drops but I think if you go into D4 you may start wrecking it. Lets just see how you do playing in the next few days.

Yeah, if I were like I used to, I'd easily take D7 or D6, as of now though, I think I'd be out first round, main problem though is speed and endurance, but it's really killing me. Especially since most FMO songs now seem to be around 4+ minutes.

But on another note. . . So your brother could quite easily get you to 'sdg' a song for him close to the end to seal a victory? Hope he is prepared to play on video if he gets close to winning, cos I know if I was in D1 i'd be pretty sus. . .

Kayla and I talked for a while about me joining last night. She told me to play some higher level songs before she places me. I was thinking the same thing as you though. She wanted me in the lowest division, but I told her that I have been involved with ITG and other rhythm games for a a while and when I cranked up the speed mod, the game became a lot easier. So I have some hours to put into this game for now.

In for D6 (will not be competing for prizes, of course).

Are you still serious about that? O:

If you're talking bout the D6 part this tourney was only 6 divisions when we 1st put it up. Then we bumped to 7. If you're talking about the prize part, yes he doesn't plan on competing for prizes.

Re: Dragons Fury Welcome Back Tournament

Honestly, the reason I said 5 million is because that ( if you guys were willing to do this or if you already were ) would make more prizes for more people. Instead of top 3 or 5 you could do top 10 or so who knows. If there isn't 10 people in a division then split between those that are in that division. That would be cool. Or even everyone gets prizes. ( unless you catch people and they aren't allowed prizes in which case you can split them up evenly dispersed through the division)

Here's an example of 5 million credits split up with 5 credits left over being put into D1

D7 Final Amount = 1,014,285
D6 Final Amount = 914,285
D5 Final Amount = 814,285
D4 Final Amount = 714,285
D3 Final Amount = 614,285
D2 Final Amount = 514,285
D1 Final Amount = 414,290

And here's an example of everyone getting credits in 2 divisions

5 People in D7

1,014,285 / 5 = 202,857

1st = 302,857
2nd = 252,857
3rd = 202,857
4th = 152,857
5th = 102,857

13 People in D6

914,285 / 13 = 70,330

1st = 172,325
2nd =152,325
3rd = 132,325
4th = 112,335
5th = 92,335
6th = 72,335
7th = 52,335
8th = 42,335
9th = 32,335
10th = 22,625
11th = 12,625
12th = 9,525
13th = 8,525

This is completely evened up in each division, and the top 5 people are still getting a massive amount higher than what would be expected with a lower pot or even as such. This is of course just a skeptical approach as to how you would do it, with smarter people being able to bring together a much more even approach if desired. This is just a rough copy in which I can completely finish if you so wanted me to.

Again, you can only do top 3/5 that is up to you guys, I just had this idea pop up lol

Re: Dragons Fury Welcome Back Tournament

Double Post sorry :(

Again, there are factors to take in, if people drop out and don't participate they get nothing. If they submit everything but last round, no credits IMO. Sandbaggers = DQ or no prizes. There are plenty upon which you guys can interpret or even I could disperse in a chart for you guys. Just figure I'd give a suggestion to make more people excited to participate much more than before the site went down. Now they know they WILL get credits if they play so they want more than just the lowest amount you know?

Re: Dragons Fury Welcome Back Tournament

If that happens, extra tokens can just be left in the Dragons Fury account for the next tournament. No harm done.

krunkykai22 10-20-2010 12:43 PM

Re: Dragons Fury Welcome Back Tournament

Exactly. They can take some of their own as well and do spon cons for their team as such. Not a bad idea.

ALSO if there are more than 15 people in a division then I would suggest only going to 15 otherwise you would take too much credits away from top winners of that division. I mean 10 people is alot already so you could top it off from 1-10th place its all up to you guys, again I just showed a rough draft of something put up in 20 mins :P yes that long XD

Re: Dragons Fury Welcome Back Tournament

As long as there's no attacks or crap that's going to go on if I join, then sure.

Like I said for Shayne's tourney, D2 and if I need to be moved up D3 is fine but not right away :P
