Happy Easter!

Well it's Easter again and i still got myself an Easter basket. Everything was just candy in it but i did get that ICON rubiks cube that is black, silver, and white.

My family also has a tradition of watching The Ten Commandments with Charlton Heston. We are not religious at all but its just something we always do. Anyone else have Easter traditions? Or is it just another day?

Happy Easter :). Went to a sunrise mass :); that's my tradition. I don't do egg hunts and basket hunts etc anymore.

HELL YES. I DVR'd it while we were at mass, but then we all came back and watched it. I look forward to that movie every Easter.

The Ten Commandments was my nap before being up all night lol.

I'm not Christian but I hang out with the Moravians at Easter and play euphonium in the bands. It all starts at around 2:00 AM where we go around the city playing songs for the Moravians to wake them up. Then, at around 5, everyone congregates in Old Salem for a nice breakfast and then a sunrise service. After that I went to another church and played at their 9:15 service (after another hearty breakfast :)), and then after that I went to another church and played at their 11:15. Aaand now I'm tired because I've been awake 25 hours with only a little nap in there. But it's all good fun.

I got an easter basket, and a big jar of sweet pickles. I'll probably go game with friends later today, nothing special I don't think. Happy easter br0s.

Haha, I played euphonium at a few churches today as well.
3 so far and another coming up here in 2 hours.
It really is the best instrument.

Also, I listened to my dad preach the Easter service, he's a pastor for those of you who haven't caught on yet.

Oh, and I don't get things for Easter.
I wish I did though. >.>

I got an Easter basket that's around twice as big as the one's I've gotten previous years. Looking forward to devouring that bad-boy after I get back from the big family Easter party.

That is if I'm still hungry. There's A LOT of food at these types of parties.

I got half as many eggs as I typically do when my family- er, the easter bunny hides the eggs.

But they were all Lindor eggs. 8-)

What a ****ed up thing to look forward to on Easter. The whole bunny and egg thing is ridiculous and retarded as hell.

I got the opportunity to wake up early and tidy/clean around the house for a bit, move quite a few annoyingly heavy concrete slabs from my back garden, and finally be able to do a bit of studying followed by some gaming! ;D

I'm not so certain that it's traditional, but it definitely ensured me some time to relax! I guess that's pretty decent. As for receiving eggs and other such gifts, my family have never really been big on that. I would say I don't belong to any religion, although I was raised a Christian, so I have a lot of respect for those celebrating today. I really hope it's a good time for all of you, especially if it's a family gathering or the likes.

On that note, Happy Easter FFR! =P
