Updates: I have successfully created a Google sheets document that pulls in all eligible participant's Top 100 Scores in using Python. I will be publishing this once the tournament begins! Currently, it takes ~10 minutes to create the Google Sheets but I can spend some more time to decrease this time.

Yes, RadiantVibe is correct that the snapshot is taken before the tournament and is used throughout its duration. The reason why I decided against taking a new snapshot after each round is due to the possible case that someone can possible play a rank 85, improve it to 65. Then play the same song again, to improve it to 45 a week after, etc. Pretty 5Head strategy if you ask me, but I mainly want to encourage song variety per round and less opportunities to cheat by taking advantage of the gaps I might have missed in creating this tournament.

It honestly already worries me that new players I haven't heard of at all are interested in signing up haha (it's also a good thing since I encourage new players to join!). It's possible that they might be "smurfing" to take advantage of the prize pool and the cash prizes, but I will keep an active eye out for cheaters in the tournament. I would ask everyone else to report anything that I missed to me so we ca minimize cheating and maintain fairness throughout the tournament! Thanks everyone!

Also, credit pool finally broke 1.7 million!! This means all current participants are expected to earn an average of ~25,000 credits (assuming everyone submits a score per round).

Spreadsheet generation is almost complete. It will contain a list of songs each player can submit for the allotted week.

Participant list will be updated with the link to the spreadsheet once the building is complete. For now, please reference your songs ranked 81 to 100 in your Top 100 scores.

the ol' ffr classic, visibly halved framerate halfway through any chart longer than 3 minutes (very bad but posting in case of the very likely scenario I don't open this game outside of sotw)

It's encouraged that you submit any score, even if you can't improve them. The only thing a negative score does is reward you less credits at the end of the tournament compared to those that were able to improve their scores. If I designed my credit awarding system correctly, you shouldn't be earning pennies in comparison to the top winners.

The goal is mainly to give more motivation for others to improve their top scores :)

Edit: My largest improvement was Molto Vivace (+1160), but I want to use this instead. Regardless of being a bad file, I don't think I put any effort into my previous best at that song.

The score won't count for Round 1 and 2. You'll have to get the same score during Round 2 for that score to count for that song. You cannot save that score for Round 2 submission as well.

Your Round 2 songs scores will not change based on receiving this new score in Round 1. Despite all the changes happening while we all improve, everyone's song options and target scores to beat are constant throughout the duration of the tournament (which is shown in the dashboard).

Even though this score didn't improve my tournament result, I'm saddened to say that 3-0-2-0 were from the left hand single jacks and the last good was from the last note in the left hand jumpjacks. At least it's AAA'able.
