Tarrik is going to be taking a break from uploading packs, he is going through a lot of things mentally right now, and despite that he continues to take hours out of his day to upload packs, even though he often gets little to no recognition.

I know he likes to keep his battles to himself, but that doesn't mean we can't support him.

Hey does anyone know what pack "Extratone pirates" is from in FFRMania? The difficulty 18 one thats just streams..

Says charts by Aoreo but I can't find it :(

Added the complete version of Mina Minimegapack 4, as there were only a handful of files uploaded. I have added D E N P A C K D E F E N S E F O R C E and just as of now, after THREE conversions, got a working Initial J First Stage pack. All of these are located in Purchased. Enjoy guys.

FFRMania was at 99% capacity of 20 GB, so I upgraded to a 50 GB server! New domain because GoDaddy is holding my expired .com domain ransom for over $1000, lol.

For Einar Final: Still no responses from cedolad, but I've gone and fixed the files that needed to be fixed. If this gets the thumbs up, I can upload the fixed version of the pack to a site and then PM someone the url. I'll probably test the files myself later on just to make sure anyway :P

I think the language line might be the cause of the error. All the other xml's prior that I know of don't have that line.

Mine still seems to work. It does ask inside of the FFR Engine though if you wish to proceed to the website though because of an expired key.

Edit: I just downloaded AirR3 and I got the Security alert like you. I guess it just doesn't work on Flash 9 anymore.

One thing that's needs work is to get the "Style" metadata updated for all those songs... They all say Other when playing.. It's my first place to look when playing new songs

You could find the XML links of alternate engines here.

To access the FFRMania engine from the game:
1. Open the Options menu and click on the 'Other Options' tab located in the top-right corner.
2. Under 'Engine Playlist:', click 'Add Engine...', and paste https://prawnskunk.com/ffrmania/r3.xml into the textbox that popped up.
3. If successful, a message should pop up that reads 'Engine Loaded: FFRMania Engine'.
4. Click on 'FFRMania Engine' under 'Engine Playlist:', and the song selection screen should display files from the FFRMania engine.

It had been a long time since new packs were uploaded and also to be real, the packs in the engine are all over the place. Not sure if you're up to date on how often FFRMania is used or not but it's almost like a side dish to the main meal when using FFR nowadays, especially in high level play; It's gotten pretty essential for stronger players staying fresh with unplayed content, and it's almost always used in Multiplayer.

I'm honestly not up to date. I haven't been around the site for a few years now, though every so often I'll jump into the main game and play new files or jump into FFRMania to play some fun files there. That got me talking to Fanta and that's sort of how this ball got rolling.

If this engine has become that essential, then I'm honestly really glad we could help the community out with some uploads and pack rearrangements.

It's one of those things where the more experienced you become at the game, the smaller the pool of songs that are worth playing at your skill level, and that number slowly dwindles as mindblocks settle in. So, it's really nice to have a catalog of files, even if unofficial, to just have more content in that pool to play from.

I probably wouldn't be the best at recommendations since an Etterna/Stepmania regular would probably have a better idea of what to recommend in that department.
