I've lurked this thread for far too long. I run combo teams. Currently it's a Kush team and an Anubis team. Been playing the game for years but had a long break and now back as of last month. My ability to get at least an 8 combo is amazing, so i picked up these teams. Theyre fully maxed out teams, but not fully +'d.

Hurley, kushi feels a little meh in terms of combo leaders, since at least, the meta seems to be revolving around tpas now (and rows to a lesser extent) so idk. I sometimes have kushi up for like, weekend dungeon but rarely

I mostly use my anubis team. the constant x49 is amazing, plus the occasional x100 is a bonus. kush is slower than most, but i like her for anything except mythicals and legend plus.

Dragons have shit rcv so you won't really be able to try to stall through any hits, unless you have an orochi up and can use his active. So fill the team up with dragons with high hp, tpa maybe, quick orbchangers to make sure you can deal a good amount of damage every turn.

My devil team is all farmable and it puts out pretty solid damage.
Disco Queen Hera Ur for 3x devil or better
King Baddie for spike and not bad stats for a lower tier monster
Uvo Hera easily farmable, decent stats skills cd is kinda useless but on a Zues run you'll be stalling most likely
Dragon Zombie great stats even in its base form
Raoh from Fist of the North Star (hey it's back conveniently!) decent stats meh skill
Another Hera Ur or any 3x leader or better

Question, are satan teams any good these days? I just got one from the mythical and dont know if i should level it as a leader. I know they were amazing back like a year or so ago but now i have no idea. It's 3.5 attack and 1.35 health for devil cards if you dont know.

I would think that they have some viability especially since BValk got the Devil type (and another row in JP) to help. Maybe you could beat No RCV dungeons with him, but I'm not one to risk-try those.

Tried the ranked dungeon four times, failed all four which is odd considering I can usually coast the normal Vulcan, but the orb trolls are real right now.
Anyone had any luck with it?

I've been either flubbing the combos on zeus so he absorbs or I skyfall combo on hermes, so time could be cut down a little bit more

Sick, should be fine for the time being. that evo of artemis usually for row teams though, so eventually make awoken freyja and lead with her with artemis as a sub paired with friend silvie (new gfe that was released in japan) when we eventually get her. High hp and rcv with damage coming from tpas on trash floors and rows with damage enhance actives for boss floors.
Archangel Michael would be amazing as he has high number of green rows as well

Did the tournament dungeon last night twice, ended up getting in the top 25%. I forget what the prize is at that rank. Used my Anubis team, a maxed out lilith is super helpful on those bastards with 10 million defence. 10 MILLION, WHY, COME ON.

have been trying to roll an alt while I've been waiting for stamina on my main, finally FINALLY pulled fucking christmas sakuya

my main account is 362,982,390
generally have halloween alraune up (max awoken, unable to skill up because I can't farm piis just yet, 4 atk and 1 rcu latents), but I have a p. healthy amount of leaders that I can put up when needed. most aren't evo'd though. have akechi, lumiel, loki, vishnu (6star), eight-headed orochi, kushi (6star)

halloween alraune paired with a lu bu makes stalling in most descends pretty easy, and gives me dat burst.

if you just started playing a game, and are a very low rank, and all of a sudden have a bunch of rank 200+ players sending friend requests with leaders that will let you rampage through the early game

and you deny those requests

If you add people as friends solely based on if they have FFR names instead of if they have good leaders, you're not going to get very far.

I'm pretty sure that most of us commenting are above level 200 and would have established friend lists by now, meaning that we would most likely never see your ID randomly as a Helper. You would actually see Helpers around your level. So, if a player of a higher level (especially 100's of levels higher) would send you a Friend request, they would actually have to use the ID Search function to find you.

PS pulled 7 on the Christmas REM: 2 Liliths, 2 Archangels, Siren, Echidna, and Alraune. Can't say I didn't expect to get all silvers, but surprisingly few dupes. And I got both Alraune and Lilith (the two silvers I wanted the most) within my first 3 pulls, haha...

My monster box has been hovering around full for awhile and it's getting harder to decide on what to keep, especially since I'm still pretty new to this. I've been expanding my inventory as I can but I feel like I shouldn't bother keeping some stuff. I know of all of the resources for figuring out optimal builds and such, but maybe you guys can save me some time if there's definite trash here.

The monster rarity/potential evolution has been a simple enough guide so far but for example, should I get rid of any of the 4 star rarity monsters that don't evolve like those healer sprites or those... ramen bowl pig things?)

At your rank right now Hammy, I'd focus more on what team I plan to build. So, are you going for Awoken Shiva, Christmas Haku, Christmas Liu Bei, etc. as your main leader? From there, you can decide which to keep.

Edit: You can also feed the Water Sprites into Karin since they're Skill-Ups for her.

there's a couple good leaders in there, like kotarou says, awoken shiva is a boss, christmas haku is pretty great, and liu bei is nice too (haven't used him though)

essentially, you're going to want to start looking for subs. i'd think that you want to save stones for the next godfest, and see if there's anything in there that you'd want to pull that would work with your potential leaders, and that's where a team kinda forms from there

https://www.padherder.com/ btw is a nice way to keep track of things, especially since there's an app that does things automatically for you

I mainly just run dungeons for stones now and then blow the stones on the rem and get disappointed 9/10 times - so in essence - I'm playing the game solely to disappoint myself.

That being said though, I have been building what I think will be a pretty solid Haku team that I'm fairly excited for because on paper it looks insane

Awoken Haku - x3.5 attack with a 30% damage reduction for fire, water and dark also creates fire, water a dark orbs
Ult Pandora - dark orb changer
Ult Izanami - 35% reduction for 3 turns
Ult Beelzebub - enhanced dark orbs
Awoken Ra - mainly to breeze through high defense monsters with his skill
Awoken Haku - x3.5 attack with a 30% damage reduction for fire, water and dark also creates fire, water a dark orbs

With their awoken skills combined:
7x skill boost
4x enhanced dark orbs chance increased
4x TPA
3x skill bind resist
3x extend time
3x resist bind
3x auto recover
2x resist blind
2x dark row enhance
1x enhanced water orb chance increased
1x enhanced light orb chance increased
1x recover bind

It just means it has insane defense that requires you to reach a damage threshold to do anything other than 1. They usually only have 12hp though so just keep doing damage
