Keyboardsmash Phase I: Legacy [RELEASED]
 

After little over a year, the pack has been completed. With the help from Rebirth, Gundam-Dude, Stargroup, James May, lurker, and myself, we present Keyboardsmash Phase I: Legacy! The pack's activity has been dying lately, so I thought since I had access to the simfiles, I could release it by myself. So I threw myself in and fixed up the files (aka changing difficulties, graphics, etc) to make the pack look pretty. With the big help from Yume_Kuro, Zero, Choof, and myself, the files without graphics now have something appealing to look at. There are files in this pack that have not been judged by everyone, and I thought since the Stepmania scene was dying, it didn't hurt to put in some songs that not all of us has played. Even ones I wasn't fond of could be in here because perhaps some of you will enjoy them. Everyone could use some more simfiles to play, so why not? :V

The simfile list is below (+Cedar Shed):

I'm happy that I'm able to give this to the community, even though I haven't been the most active making simfiles or making posts in the forums. If there's a simfile in there you think shouldn't be, then, uh, don't play it. I attempted to get most of the fixes from artists done (and successfully), but I haven't looked at them in depth, so I'm assuming they're good to go. I only touched Ghakimx's file since it had issues. I looked back at lurker's notes and fixed it from there. Holy shit is the SM5 editor bad. Can't even start in the middle of the song without going off sync.

Dang, I thought I mentioned keeping cedar shed in there. I emptied my emails inbox/sentbox a few months ago and have now lost it. If you still have it could you send it back?

Otherwise it's awesome that it's done, great work on getting it finished man. Huge kudos to you, choof and yume and zero.

Thank you so so much. I would have made a non-video link, but my internet went through chemo to get the first upload done.

I might ask for a video link with the updates, since I don't know what you did different outside of the Cedar Shed being added.

I sent fixes on the other two files through email but didnt confirm if you received it.. woops
Besides the fixes on the charts, Yume's gfx wasn't showing since the older images and settings were still there.

nonetheless, thank you very much for releasing the pack.
I try to give everyone chances, but now I realize why the 50 page trash talk existed in the start of this pack.

To be honest, I never really understood them when playing any pack. It's incredibly inconsistent. Sorry :(

when rebirth originally started the pack, he used the dark chancellor's name and everyone shit on it because we knew that he wouldn't actually commit to the pack, and he was using an old term that would only serve to show elitism. ironic considering how little people care about rebirth files past 2008 but whatever
