How long until 100 D7 players? (part 2)
 

Here is a thread by rushy that I'm sure we all completely forgot about by now. It's been a while and I think some of our predictions will have changed at this point.

As of right now there are 51 D7 players in the FFR leaderboards and the requirement is level 95. Assuming there won't be more global difficulty adjustments, when do you think there will be 100 D7 players? You can be as specific with your date as you want. I'll keep track of all predictions in this post in the same format rushy did before. (You can view the old ones in the thread I linked above)

I'm gonna stick with my previous prediction and say it'll happen sometime between 2020 and 2022.

preeeeeetty sure it's gonna be at least a couple years after 2020
my guess is also 2025-2026

Also global difficulty adjustments will be necessary, because one of the problems with getting your skill rating past a certain point is the dearth of songs with a high enough difficulty rating to give you good AAA equivalencies
And as more songs get introduced to the game D7 will get more and more attainable unless there's adjustment, like there was with the difficulty revamp after the last official

I think there will be a D8 before there are 100 D7, and the community will not be large enough to have 100 D7 and a D8 at the same time :p

what is a community forgetting other than the collective decision by it to tacitly decide that something is stupid dumb garbage unworthy of discussion or attention and that everyone involved also invokes those qualifiers
