These packs are in Genre 9, the Purchased Genre.

Added Midare Megapack 5, and also took care of some suggestions:

Midare 5, HSMP1
Maid of Fire Heavy (added alongside Oni)
Hardest Version of Bonfire (overwrote prior file)
Scarlet in the Dream Oni (overwrote prior file)
Szycag hardest difficulty (overwrote prior file)
We Hate Lama

Some that need response before noted completion:
The Super Coke (The Speed-Freak's Discoshit Rmx): I cannot find this, pretty sure I need Nick Skyline Minipack Just Before the End of the World, but I do not have it. A link to the pack in question would be wonderful.
Emerald Sword: Which one? There are tons, and I do have one uploaded to FFRMania (HSMP one by Roar).
Otaku Speedvibe: Which one? From what I can tell, there are several, so please specify the pack. If it is a purely single release, please post a link so I can convert it.

I will upload a .rar with the last three in that list. I'll look around for The Super Coke since I don't have that one so maybe someone else could upload in the meantime.
