So, how many 2s would that be if we don't count modifiers ? It includes rates and speedmod ?

Rates and speedmod are not being counted, they fall under modifiers. But anything score related works.

Isn't this 18? 8 for the PA, 7 in the scoring section, 3 in the date

nothing in game with a 1110 notecount or I'd be tempted to go for something COOL but this seemed ok for 5 mins of dicking around
