Welcome to Dragons Fury's Welcome Back Tournament!

Scoring/Eliminations:

This tournament will be scored using raw scoring. Your raw score is your score before the combo bonus is added in. This tournament will be a no elimination tournament. Your cumulative score for all of the rounds will determine your ranking/standing in the tournament.

We will have all of the scores totaled on a spreadsheet Tournament Spreadsheet

Divisions:

The tournament will be 6 divisions: Novice (D1), Intermediate (D2), Advanced (D3), Expert (D4), Master (D5), and Guru (D6).

Rules/Submission Guidelines:

1. NO CHEATING. Do not sign up with an alternate account and hope that you will get away with it. If we have a reason to believe that you are not using your main account, we will ask you. Be honest with us.

2. Be respectful to all other competitors in the tournament. Arguments will not be tolerated and is grounds for removal from the tournament.

3. Rounds will be 3 days long. If you fail to submit for two (2) rounds of the tournament, you will be removed. In the case of an unexpected event, tell us. We will not bite if you have to take a leave of some sort.

----3a. Late submissions will deduct 5 goods (125 points) per day that it is late. If a round ends on 12-01-xx 11:59 PM and you submit it at 12-03-xx 2 PM, you will receive a deduction of 250 points.

4. Submissions should be in screenshot form. If you take a video of a run, be sure to grab the screenshot, or we will not accept it. For those of you who do not remember how to take a screenshot, here's some help:

Mac users:
- Command + Shift + 3: Takes a screenshot of the entire screen, and saves the image to your desktop. From there, you can upload it to a site like imgur.com and crop it if necessary.

Windows users::
- Press the print screen button. From there, open Paint (or another image editing program) and paste your image in Paint. If you'd like, you can resize it within Paint at this time. From there, you can upload it to a site like imgur.com and crop it (if you haven't done so).

SCREENSHOTS SHOULD INCLUDE:
- The score being submitted
- Date and time or FFR Member count (serves as a timestamp)
- If you are using a standalone, you will include your username located on the top right corner of FFR's window in your screenshot.

An example of an acceptable screeenshot:

Standalone:

- includes the username, and member count as a form of timestamp.

FFR site:

- includes the username, and date/time for the time-stamp. PLEASE, if you have a large image - resize it.

USE OF LEFT/RIGHT TURN MODS FOR SUBMISSIONS IS PROHIBITED.
Mirror is permitted.

Prizes:
Prizes will be determined based off of division sizes and total prize pot.

Everyone who competes in all of the rounds of the tournament will receive a small portion of the prize pool as a thank you for participating in our tournament. We reserve the right to decline giving out user prizes if we feel rules have been abused.

Cool, I'd like to join this. Just a question though, what if you submit a score on time for a round and then submit another score of the same song later? Does it replace that one (if it wasn't an AAA)?

You can submit for a song as many times as you'd like but if it is after the round is over it suffers a point reduction for each day late.

Edit: One question, how do you sign up with your account on Macromedia SWF Player? When I play the game on it, I am not logged in and I don't know how to log in xD

You need to login on IE and make sure you click remember me. But before you do that go into your security settings on IE make sure that the box that says enable protected mode is not checked. If it is checked uncheck it click apply close out IE reopen and log back into FFR with remember me.
