How does the time pass in this game?
 

For the 0.02 years that i have passed so far now, is it like 2 weeks?

And is it like 0.2 since the acc has been created or the play time xd?

The formula appears to be (days since account made / 365)

Every 3-4ish days is another .01 years. Doesn't seem to account for leap years
