Is there any benefit to taking cognizin?

I had bought some from CVS, I read some reviews online and it says its for people with dementia, I don't have dementia, but I often don't feel like I am in my own body, like I am floating. It's been like this for a while. I remember countless times at work where I would completely disconnect from reality and lose count of what I was doing. Still happens too.

Does anyone have experience with this?

I wouldn't take meds for this.

Get more sleep if you haven't and try to listen/connect with others a bit more.

I'd highly recommend ensuring you're getting enough sleep, and keeping engaged in hobbies and community circles in those hobbies. Please stay safe!

Do you drink enough water during the day? I need to drink a LOT of water to keep myself properly hydrated and I start feeling very loopy if I don't. I have to take a lot of bathroom breaks but meh it's a small price to pay

My other immediate cheap solution thought is maybe you have an iron deficiency?

Normally if I don't drink enough water, I get super dizzy and forget what I was doing that day, and maybe days before. I am almost not able to function on my own during this, and can only lay down and rest.

Make sure you are drinking enough water, and sleeping well. While what I just described may not be your issue, these two things can still play a major role in helping you. Stay safe, and stay healthy :3

I actually don't have anyone to connect with. But I do drink plenty of water. I started going outside on walks more. I went to the arcade a few times to play iidx and get some boba. But as I'll be coming home or walking to my car I feel like my body turned into a plastic shell and my clothes rubbing my skin as i walk become overwhelmingly apparent. Sorry for putting this all under one reply, I mean to reply to everyone that posted, I read all of your replies :)

Let me tell you right now that if your noting killing a gallon jug of water in a 24 hour period you are not drinking enough water. Everyone thinks like 4 glasses a day is enough and fills the rest of their time drinking soft drinks and that's not great

Try cutting out whatever else you normally drink and replace it with water. Do that for a few days/week and see if things start feeling better

Keep us updated in thread so we know how it's going

Keep at it, and hopefully things will start improving sooner and not later

I think a week with proper hydration should yield results
