Sometimes it's the fact that you sign up like...weeks before the tournament actually starts and by the time it starts you don't have the time anymore. Sometimes people feel competitive and then when the time rolls around they just aren't into it anymore.

Sometimes it's the fact that almost nobody uses the forums anymore so they sign up and then lose track of the tournament starting unless they're also active on the discord.

weeb eyes is a banger chart. Too bad I got pissdunked in round 1 because this is the kind of thing I'd enjoy playing a lot.
Love that the difficulty curve is mostly frontloaded, but the back half still has stuff going on that can get you. Makes it that much better to grind, very tournament friendly despite being over 3 minutes.

Welp there is definitely a small spike in difficulty from the 1st D1 song to the 2nd. ASGORE took me about 17 tries to AAA. Reminisce took about 30 mainly because of the ending part.

Face has minor bruising and shoulder has major bruising with pain in lifting above head level.

After a stressful day at work I'm just in a lot of pain all around for that to be the cherry on top.

Somehow managed to stay riiiight above the peepee line in D5 during the last round. I'm hoping that was the jack file for the division and that I can catch a break from jacks for a bit. (Should note that I'm going into Round 3 completely blind so if the file has jacks as well, then rip me xD)

Little bump in score, away from elimination, for now at least.
Been trying whole week to get better scores. 1offhit on those trills and it ruins your run.

If I had to guess, I'd say observationally the main differences were that the lines were drawn at level ranges besides the ones keyed to divisions on the leaderboard, and without checking all the skill ratings of the higher divisions I just have a hunch that the change also made lower divisions larger and higher divisions smaller in terms of skill rating range since lower divisions are more prone to large numerical skill boosts.

ie: going from 10 to 20 is dramatically easier than going from 50 to 60, which is dramatically easier than going from 90 to 100.

D5 site-side being level 69 to 82 is 14 levels where the gap from bottom to top is way bigger than the gap between say, 1-25 in division 1.

Making division 1 and 2 bigger to make each higher division smaller almost certainly makes for a more competitive tournament among the actual serious players.

That was the fun part :D. When I got my shocking 70+ goods, I thought I was gonna be out well below anybody else's score. It was a surprise that I managed to catch up by reducing the number of good counts by that much.
