TO BE A FATHER!

I can't even describe how happy I am, I just received news my girlfriend is pregnant. I've been a bit of a ghost and honestly a bit of a dumbass over the past few years but I think this child is going to completely 180 my life. I love my beautiful woman to death and I can't wait to start the next chapter of my life with her, I honestly hope I will be with her forever <3

We've already settled on names. If it's a boy he'll be named Cole, if it's a girl she'll be named Adaline.

P.S. Sorry Haku but my firstborn isn't being named Etylukah, Brittany won't be having any of that I tried to convince her already :X

If you bring him or her to AN once they are old enough, you could do little chibi cosplays! AH THAT WOULD BE TOO CUTE. Either way we will need pictures once he/she arrives!

Congratulations, and I will say that being a parent is going to be very tough. If you haven't already, you should start looking into resources about what is involved (e.g. finances, time, mental readiness, and other parents' stories). It'll make the transition from the birth of the baby to taking care of it a bit less overwhelming and you'll get an expectation of the difficulties beforehand. :)

Here are some studies done that may interest you and prepare you. Note that you should focus on the ones related to parenthood, since this does contain a few studies about childfreedom which won't apply to your case.
