my light subs are edward, ygf, raijin, venus, and raphael. thinking about using the l/d venus evo to cover dark if I don't pull anything better that covers dark

You'd eventually want to switch raijin out for something with the 7-combo awakening, but in the meantime, her active is good yeah. Yang Guifei is definately nice though. Unfortunately pretty much all the light attribute units with 7c are barred by either collabs or 6* rem. If worse comes to worst, you could just use all units you have with 7c, as long as all colors are still covered either by main or sub atts. so Edward still gets the skill charge.

honestly I'm not too worried about the 7c awakening atm, I'm still early game and anything I tackle right now, even with a rag tag team, absolutely melts to 144x multiplier

1,230 days played and finally got a crown. Granted, the entire reason I got one is because the requirement for getting one for this ranking dungeon was very lenient.

I used ED up until floor 10, and then used Yusuke to nuke the boss on the last floor

Lightning/ideal got me every floor except the no heal floor. I needed to add in a light orb enhancer to kill Satan.

Needed to bust out my old reincarnated amareatsu team and update it for the no heal floor.
