It's literally a part of our permission requests that songs not be made downloadable.

In other words: not a chance. That said I'm sure people here could link you to places to buy them.

Though we don't provide ways to download tracks on site, many artists do publish their works in places where you can listen to them freely (e.g. YouTube, Spotify, Newgrounds, Bandcamp, Soundcloud). If you absolutely cannot stream the music, then yeah you will be out of luck unless you're buying the tracks.

id be more concerned about songs that are from MuzieJP and old newgrounds pages that don't exist anymore and the only means of them being around is on FFR and seldom few places

1. Open FFR.
2. Right click the song you want to listen to.
3. "Set as Menu Music".

Now FFR is literally a jukebox.

yeah this has already proven to be a big problem in the past with legacy songs
