what keyboard do you guys use to play FFR?
 

I use a slim keyboard but i'm not sure if thats a good choice considering its sorta like using a laptop keyboard. please if you guys have any suggestions what type of keyboard to use please tell me.

the standard alienware keyboard that came with my compy was a piece of crap. Spilling beer on it was for the best because then I turned to an ancient clunky Dell that was in my closet. Old crappy keyboards work best for this game

Since keyboards simply have a digital (on/off) output, it doesn't really matter that much. I have a Razr Tarantula keyboard, but I got that for gaming. I just map my arrows to the f (left) v (down) u (up) k (right) keys. Granted, I haven't played FFR all that much, but I have a cursory knowledge of it.

the keyboard from my HP Laptop, sometimes I use an old used Dell keyboard that I attach to my laptop

btw the HP is a HP Pavillion dv6000

That's exactly what I use! ^^ The only problem is that I find it pretty hard to get used to is after using an old bulky keyboard for about 1.5 years.

i use my laptop. the fact that all the keys are flat help alot cus i can easily slide across the keys

I have the the Razer Lycosa. Nice keyboard, but i guess since i wore the keys out already, they are loud and annoying. Good keyboard overall though. ;)



Oh, while we are dicussing keyboards, does anyone know if the Logitech 967568-0403 OEM Usb Ultra X-Flat Spill Resistant Media Keyboard is good? It is $20 and i want to know if i should get it or not.

i use a normal IBM keyboard XD but it does hit 10 keys at the same time so its awesome for IBM lol

A ****y, old, sticky, fat, chunky, silent keyboard. I'm probably the only Tier-1-level player on this site who can play with such a horrible keyboard. *shudders*

Window Ergonomic Keyboard. Slightly flatter keys, but not necessarily a flat keyboard. Takes a little getting used to, but I like it. Plus it can hit a lot of keys at once.
