And he got to EVERY Haruhi song, theme, and spoof opening before me. I honestly had them ready, then deleted them after seeing he had just put them up. With videos. And lyrics. Effectively kicking the crap out of me, and my lousy sim.

If you're interested in making keyboard-difficulty stepcharts, have you tried jumpstream, following every instrument in the song at once and putting jumps to strong, accented sounds?

I pretty bad on keyboard sims... It take alot long to make it and plus assist ticks on keyboard kills. Well, jumpstream aren't that great though I love jumpstreams on keyboard. Oh well...

I try it sometimes in most of sims on challenge but it is no match other big name keyboard simfiles makers (Zagh, Burk, Tsuka, etc...). But I keep on trying till it is enough of a good keyboard sim. I got pad converter now so I can concentrate on my skills steps on Beginner, Light and Standard (yes, that my limits for now, newb huh? oh well.) so that increases on paddable songs.

Well keyboard sims doesn't really have to be supertechnical or megahard simfiles. The easiest way is to make the simfiles so they match your own playing skill and standards.

If you find it a hard time to sync, try to decrease the music rate a little in song options.

And always keep in mind that every song has a certain simfiling potential; there's a limit on how hard it can be made without moving into BS territory. Sufficiently slow songs may be impossible to make into 10+ footers.

I heard the simfiles limit of files uploaded are like 6 mb? so my simfiles are way larger more like the ranges of 7 - 25 mbs which is woah! lol! Plus, All my simfiles, of course, are loaded of stuff like Video, Lyrics, 2 BGs and the new one Banner Video Preview ^.^. Huge size is it?

I'm having an idea here.

You seem to have quite a bit of experience with making pad steps for anime songs, while my keyboard steps for anime songs seem to be great as well.

I suggest we start making collab files for anime songs. They could be pretty hot..

If you to like collab. I don't mind... though my ways of creating simfiles and syncing seems very simple to you "veteran simfile markers", hehe. (find the bpm and gap/beat offset then done, for my opinions of Constant bpm).

I mostly like to do TV Size songs, Its take my load of work less than Long Versions, hehe.

TV Size songs, I probably don't mind, but I'd like to hear the full version of a song before I step a TV size. I might want to cut the full version, but make it different than the TV size. It depends.

Suggest a song you'd want to collab on.

- I normally rip songs from the videos (for TV Size version and based on Fansubs), is they aren't any from the OST itself (basically the ones Nipponsei releases.) so yah, people complain to me on quality is pretty horrid.

hmm.. what to choose. To many to pick from thousands of anime songs, hehe..
- When work with someone or collab., they choose the stuff and I do the work. I'm more like follower person. <.<

I love your Simfiles. I need to download the new ones and some others that were not included in the pack. God Knows, Lost my Music, Eureka seveN, Fate/stay Night 2nd OP, Ouran High OP + ED, School Rumble, Paradise Kiss and Utawarerumono OP are my favorites.

Many of my old simfiles from Bemanistyle v6.0 days for version2s are possibility.

-.- now, I need some motivation on making all of these... hehe! make simfiles very wahh.. (especially with video, lyrical timing and so-so graphic finding and creating)

- Man, I have been doing this for like 3 years (first release of simfile is like Nov 25th 2003? or was March of 2003?) is like nothing gone by, hehe!

The anime sims I'm working on are:

Disillusion
Little Primrose
Agony
Save Your Heart (not sure if this is an anime song)

None of them are the TV sizes. Agony and Little Primrose are the whole songs. Save Your Heart is a 3.7 minute cut I made, and Disillusion is a 2 minute cut.

We could start something else though, I'm not sure.

To be honest to myself, I'm a bit uncomfrontable on collab. with someone -.-

I gotta do my simfiles on Otaku's Dream 2nd Anime Mix ... (ETA date around Late-December). May take a week or so to finish those 6 simfiles... Especially "Snow Angel" by KOTOKO since it long version (dislike making Long Version gets really tiring for working on them on one day.)

I said to myself that I'll do more Long Version when I released up to 100 simfiles (which I did on Welcome to the NHK! 1st Opening).

I'll think of a good song later once finish this load of simfile I'm going to make from the Otaku's Dream 2nd Anime Mix and my personal simfile work.
If you picked on then I'm willing to make even though I don't like, maybe not.

eh =P take ur time with it, im checking back once in a while, i hope you get it up soon since all ur simfiles are REALLY good lol. eh.. for psp, the videos files dont really work, but i think they're just in the wrong format? since the only video files that work on PSP are mpeg4 right? =| (1.5firmware ftw :twisted: ) btw ur..bleach ones are really good too wee lol

Well, like downloading anime fansub episodes. You know they will make batches every 12 episodes, more or less so, near there. Of course when the anime series is over an all-in-one batch anime series is release. This not my case... since I'm not finished/retired from this yet XD

Same goes with mine. But, every 25 simfiles I realease they will be in a batch. And these batches may! contain updated from those 25 simfiles I release from a section (like 1-25 or 26-50 or 51-75 are updated with edited banner video and some with updated video version).

So its up to ya :D
- I know many of you guys are impatient with wait... such high demands.
- So thats why I just release them when I'm done with them and good shape for fun steps/play.

Otaku's Dream 2nd Anime Mix Simfiles
 

Alright time for some of my exclusive simfiles to be release into singles from the Otaku's Dream 2nd Anime Mix being released.

They all part of the 2nd Anime Mix. But the only change is the titles & subtitles changed to my personal preference of my Simfiles. To match with my other simfiles basically in terms of Titles.

All the simfiles were finish/done since the end of late November 2006 and same all of the others. So it was killer to hold them.
Along the week, a couple changes on the audios and videos were change due to 4:3 ratio problem (on SM4.0 CVS that is, it won't go auto-ratio to 4:3 for wide-screens unlike SM3.9 Final) and low quality audio. So... ya, good?

Also... Audio is not really "original" to the TV rip. I added the beginning where Momoko & her father were talking when the opening music starts. So it can be "like OST quality" so I did my best to make really good. So you won't hear any dialogue in the beginning hehe :D

From what I've played were good...

Long Versions from Rebirth0, Kehan/Kotarochan

Short Versions from Koa5001, U.K.U.G., Xythar

There are alot/few who made it too, but those are main simfile artists created the song from my opinion were good. So, at that time when it came out, I didn't bother making one since err... who was first one to release it first... I think either Xythar or U.K.U.G. made it clear to me that no need for me make it. Well, at that time when Suzumiya Haruhi aired.

Since the full dance version of Hare Hare Yukai is release, I guess I create one since so many people is wondering "Jubo, why you didn't made the ending theme?" something similar to that quote. since the video is short of 1min and 13secs I think. So, it will be quick make :)

I was pretty much expecting a long version of that Dance Version of ending video.

- Plus, I can finally fully finish the anime series OP/ED/Insert/Popular Songs which is The Melancholy of Suzumiya Haruhi. Like I did with others (e.g. Gift ~eternal rainbow~ recently)

LOL, when my friend xenogear... sent me a link on his ripped video of the opening... I think he was hinting me to make it so ya I did. So it was sorta of a request I guess <.< plus my little brother asked for it so I can't resist. And I haven't done a Naruto Simfiles for some years since the starting point of the "Fillers".

Anyways, I speed process this simfiles in the span of 5 or 8 hours which include graphic making, Lyrical Timing (Oh jeez! I hate Lyric Timing to perfection), Steps Making (Making since 7:30am to 11:45am I think?) and Banner Video Creation (looks good too.). I guess its my decent simfiles I think.

Its pretty easy simfile. I dunno pad but I make it user-friendly (I didn't test it and I'm not on that level yet.). Challenge is Keyboard I guess. Its very easy on spread but as for others could be plus its 104BPM so not much trillers or jackers. hehe...

Hmm... I was thinking about making Demonbane Opening one time then just fell off my mind when many simfiles I wanna make... So hopefully that comes back to me...

Ergo Proxy, I haven't watched and stop collecting it, since its was licensed and when Shinsen-Subs became on hiatus mode for some odd time... I stop collecting since 3rd ep was release by them, I had from them (now, I deleted several months ago?, due to lack of Shinsen-Sub and swarmed with other anime shows I like to watch.)
-I don't buy anime DVD unfortunately. I have no money to get that. ~all money is for me to live and keep this internet and hydro alive (not my money, my parents lol! yes, no allowance either. never had one <.<)~

Though, I tell you. That there is an Demonbane Ending Theme on Otaku's Dream 3rd Anime Mix (Its slow so KB difficulty is so not hardness <.<). It also download able on Bemanistyle Database :)

Mine didn't... so ya I learned it the hard way acutally, it was logical for me that a folder name Songs is where you put your songs in. But then later... it must have a 2 folders then songs files to work.. anyways thats like 4 years ago when I learn this <_<

lol, thanks... Though, many complain on that simfile. Pad view wise I mean. But hey I did that in like 8hours? Lyrics timing, stepping, video re-encoding etc... *refer to post on that simfile (a few above)*

yah... hard drive space is killer isn't it :)
-freed up up to 16gigs on my hdd. meaning 16.1gb free on my hard drive... filled with anime <.< anyways thanks to my free time (just like months before college starts...) I get to watch... (Kyoshiro to Towa no Sora, SIMOUN, Soukou no Strain and skipped the whole series of Shuffle! Memories to last episode, 12) lol!

Recently, I started uploading here on FFR... Yah, since the FileSize Limit has lifted to higher level that I can upload with video...

Though that does not mean I'll be uploading all my simfiles here. Just the ones are capable on resonance. So yah, simfiles I have with STOPs and BPM changes will not be uploaded (no Bleach simfiles so thats gone...).

And uploading on FFR, its will be speciality modified (from the original) packed for R21 ITG playable. Hopefully that works..
-The only exception to that is Naruto Shippuden 1st OP, Lucky Star OP, Sumomomo 2nd OP simfiles. I guess I won't updated them.
Having Duplicates on Simfile DB is dumb <.<

Wow, I just discovered Stepmania and Simfiles the other day and it lead me here. Thanks so much for all your work on these, Jubo! I love being able to use my DDR mat to songs like the Blood+ openings, among the other awesome songs (downloaded them all...hehe)! =D

Anyways, I have a request...any chance you could make a Simfile out of the opening and closing theme of Tokyo Majin Gakuen Kenpucho? I believe the opening theme is called "0:00 AM" and the ending theme is "Hanafubuki".

No idea how to say it, though... Some of my friends call it "Zero Zero Zero AM" but I like to call it "Midnight" >=).

Funny thing, I'm making an Eureka seveN sim now. I just about done with the 4th Opening. I need to tweak the Challenge difficulty a bit, then I'll upload it. I stole your sync again, sorry. I'll try to make my own graphics, though.

This is a bit late, but good job with Lucky Star OP. I didn't know how overstepped it was until I registered on Bemanistyle a week or so ago. :D

Halo Jubo, always are one of your fans for your simfiles. I like every your simfiles, especially the harder the best~~ ^.^ OtakuDreamer now is currently working on the Anime 4th Mix right? It say it will release in August, I looking forward to that. Btw, do you mind if you do a sola OP - Colorless Wind? Or is there any other members already done its simfile?
