Hope you still have it on your computer, I had to delete all the raw movie files to make room on my computer. They were like 50some gB so they had to go

yes. you can submit your files for the next batch whenever you want. the batch is open... it's a rolling process. submit whenever, and everything currently submitted goes to the next batch. repeat.
