Thanks Reach. The final boss didn't glitch on my side (2nd part lagged though), guess I was lucky

Finally completed the game. (i.e. get 100 bandages, beat all six glitch levels, and A+ on every level)

Could've gotten sub-9000 deaths if I didn't mess around with wrong characters on some levels..
Nevertheless, I succeeded to achieve the initial goal (100% the game within 10k deaths) so I'm happy with it.

Definitely one of the best games I've ever played god damn

Best level imo: 4-20X
Top 10 Hardest levels imo: The Guy, Dark Dr. Fetus 2nd part, 7-20 A+, The Skyscraper, 7-19X, 7-2X, 7-1X, 4-18X bandage, 3-19X bandage, and -1

This game is really similar to the xbox live arcade 2D platform game called "Limbo". Both very enjoyable games.

Yeah, I could go for some more platformer games like this.

Just finished A+ing all the Light World levels (including Cotton Alley [ps. fuck 7-20]). I've got ~72 bandages and am ~60% through the Dark World. It's going to be a bumpy ride to 100%.

I agree.. 45 sec limit is ridiculous

Guess I'm not quite done yet.. Just got Wood, Needle, and Salt Boy.

7-20 light is, technically speaking, probably the easiest level in cotton alley.

The only reason it's hard is because it's probably the longest level in the game and you have to run it at full speed to make the time requirement. Otherwise, there isn't a single hard jump in the whole level to make, but it certainly is irritating to get to the top and jump too late and run face first into a saw.

Got Squirrel Boy. I had to realize earlier that using Mr. Minecraft doesn't count as beating the levels.. Wasted about 2 hours :(

Holy fucking crap this fucking scared the fuck out of me so much it gave me tears and my hands became stiff, so I called it a day as I couldn't do the precise jumps anymore.

I already have Meat Ninja, so I wonder why this still appeared..

After getting Golden God achievement on this game, I've been trying to get as many no-death runs as possible.
Now I'm sitting with Wood, Needle, Salt, Brimstone, Maggot, Dead, Squirrel, and Blood clot Boy. (No-death on ch 1~6 light and ch 1,2 dark)

..and I'm still at 9844 deaths! I'll probably get my 10000th death while attempting to get Missile Boy.

I consider myself pretty damn good at platformers, and anything after needle boy is batshit insane, so seriously dude, mad props.

Those achievements probably put you within an elite few players in the world at this point. I don't think anyone actually has the cotton alley iron man achievements :P


With that said, I haven't touched this game lately. Been busy. Still waiting for the new world and editor.

I'm going to attempt for that one tomorrow. Probably shouldn't be as hard as Missile Boy. I had major trouble trying to get it. (Took me 8.5 hours and ~1500 deaths)

It's the game that made me get steam again and finally decide to build a new PC. Haven't played much in the last couple of weeks as I'm waiting for the editor to come out.



Kind of hard to read the picture - I have 32/41 achievements. Best, rank wise, was #199 (it'd be higher if not for the cheating 0.00 scores).

Also ordered the 2-CD soundtrack and waiting on that.
