I played at Funplex yesterday - nothing really notable because I'm out of practice. Best score of the day was 2 CBs on Paranoia Respect, haha.

Hey wildfire, I think you posted the same video twice, not quite sure how that happened. Also I didn't know Euromix let you AAA if you get 990,000, or does it I'm kind of confused.

But anyways, that PA blows my mind there. I've went back and played the old DDR's before and my PA ends up dropping like a brick, the timing window to get a perfect was practically J7 lmao.

And then there's that Max 300 17 greats on a terrible pad, just how do you get these scores wildfire?
That's really good though, it's incredibly hard for me to not drop a ton of CB's on the final stream in paranoia respect. It's got extremely weird crossovers, or for me it does anyways.
I've known this for quite a while, but I really start to lose the beat when I get to like 6 or 7 or so, I end up fairly consistently greating that note. Oh well, I'll worry about it when I can actually PA that song lol.

Tried playing DDR to plactice for the tourney this saturday but my ipod and cell phone got stolen within 3 minutes of me arriving by one of 6 people 3:

Jesus, that sucks. How'd you know it was just those 6 people, couldn't someone of entered the building taken it and then left? I know it's not likely but just sort of throwing it out there

Its a dead movie theatre. Like I said, it was within 10 minutes of me getting there, and the DDR machine is out of the way.

Worst part is I know most of the poeple, and have seen the other couple before so I was basically accusing my friends, and they were accusing each other.

Oh boo, I'll change the video link when I get home. Was supposed to be the video showing me foam modding the pads! Euromix 1 was an oddity. Scoring a full combo would net you a AAA unless you had bad accuracy and got around 1/3 of the song as greats, then you'd get a AA. AAs are actually much harder to get! I had a run on Dam Dariram which was 8g and a miss, which because of the CB was only an A XD And you're right about the drop in PA. Really need to concentrate to keep it high, and even then the choppy framerate and forced 1x means bad times...

Scores on bad pads, STAMP. Like, HARD. I'll make a video, I'm sure it'll sound brilliant XD

And when you have a break that is a definite number of beats long like that, if you have trouble counting off in your head then just tap the arrow that's coming up that many times. We can all keep a beat, and it'll be easier to keep count if you're tapping. And if you miscount you'll still hit it since youre hitting the right arrow onbeat XD

Need to try out my camera for angles at my local since its getting ITG soon. Any particular suggestions? SN or EM1! :)

it's funny too, because neither of my CBs came from the stream at the end. I actually forgot about having to doublestep back and forth of the 8th note fifthlets in the middle of the song (R, D, R, D, U -- R, D, R, D, L), so I got my two CBs because I ended up tying myself up trying to do it normally, haha.

Well actually you had the video where you were fixing the pads posted, you just posted it twice. I think you didn't post the AAA video.

As for max 300 okay, I'll give that a shot. I do that for some songs but never thought of doing it for max 300, maybe it'll help.

Also do SN, I wanna see you do trim or fascination maxx on a crappy pad XD
Ahaha yeah I do that all the time. The worst part is that once you've started doing it normally there's no way to not get a cb, though I've definetly tried hard to save myself >.<

But if you can get past that ending stream you should go for the fc, sounds like if you remembered that was there you could do it :D.

Wow that is some amazing stamina there halogen, and that was only on your second set too O.O. You really nailed those crazy speed trills in the beginning as well, I have trouble doing that with 160 bpm konoko lmao. Is a 15 a new barrier break for you or did you used to be able to do better?

I'd love to try some of these songs though they look really fun to me, does anyone know if there's anyway to check if there's a working ITG machine near you? I used to have one near me but it got replaced by a crappy version of DDR.

SOOOO we converted the old Extreme machine into an OpenITG machine at peachtree cinemas, fixed the pads to perfect condition, and I just passed Johanna(shut up) on 1.4x rate with an 85% :'3

Im readdicted to rhythm and this shits gonna rock.
