thank god for the catalog function. 2 people looking for the same style just makes it easier for both to get what they want :D

I have sleek table, dresser, and carpet atm

Everyone that has this game needs to play the fossil game. It's complicated at first, but it gets fun when you figure out how to do it lol. Me, T-Force, and DarknessXoXLight were up until 6 a.m. playing it. It was awesome. Best game for teamwork.

i calculated this morning that to fully expand your house, you need 7.25 million bells. That's just for all the expansions.

one good trip to the island will net you 350-400k bells if you do it right. An insanely good trip can yield an upwards of 640k, but that's highly unlikely. (as in, will never happen unless you catch all rares like golden stags and whale sharks the whole time)

on average though, if you fill up your whole box with the right stuff, it's around 300-350k bells each trip. that's about 30 trips to the island.

In order to do it right though, you have to spend about 30-45 minutes on the island. Basically....ugh lots of time

And of course, public works projects are around 3 million to complete all of them (the major ones that add functionality to your town), so in all you're talking over 10 million bells to do things in the game. Of course, this is not to mention all of the other stuff you're going to buy lol

I need to pay off a 348k debt, i need about 100k more, then I'm probably going to expand a room. main room is 8x8 already, 2nd floor and left room are both 4x4. most likely going to make 2nd floor into 6x6

I don't time travel because I like how it limits some things per day. It keeps me playing every day but makes it so that I don't play it for hours on end.
