I was outside waiting for the bus the other day with wind chills at -5 Fahrenheit (when it was really about 20) and hated it. I can stand when it's anything below zero.

I much rather be in phoenix during the summer.

Its not as bad this morning only 42 below. Im used to this weather though. As long as the power doesnt go out like last year. Wow, it got cold in our house.

I remember a couple of winters ago we had a few days around -30C and everyone was going apeshit, but -65C with windchill is just absolutely retarded

Yeah, a few current Seniors at the high school I graduated from sent me texts about how they didn't want to go to school. What the hell, it's only early December; we shouldn't be getting wind chills/air temperatures this low until mid January.

The midwest gets downright terrible sometimes in the winter. I remember last year, I walked to school in -30 (F) wind chills since my parents were both working. Had to layer up like mad just to make it through the walk, and then suffer through school because of how much I layered.

Yeah, You kinda get used to it.

I also think that -40 is nothing when your outside because your skin like instantly freezes and you dont feel the cold as much. Its probably not the best thing for you but it makes it feel warmer.

We get super hot here in the summer, 40+ celsius and super cold in winter -50 +. I like both :P
