Yeah, there's stamina issues with this, but the patterns seem friendlier than Gunk Tar or 11Eleven...no uberbursts or indomitable walls here, just lots and lots of rolls, with the occasional split roll to keep you honest. Got 41-6-0-12 after three restarts.

(feels like it's in the 180 bpm department?)

Mhmm, but it's very short and dense pattern control (the 64ths walls and 1 or 2 later transitions are pretty weird to hit). Add to that the jacks, which can be easy to fail because of nerves (got 6-1-1-1 today on that with I think 2-1-1-0 on 1 jack section alone... ). It's also longer. didnt rly analyse the file but w/e I think 89 is good.

No.

When you start getting into the high rating range, you start getting into files that are incredibly burst heavy with worse transitions. Eclipse's patterns are a lot more doable than Vortex and is much more consistent.

Also can't forget about the 2 and 0 frames in Vortex -- those shit on Eclipse's frames hard.

This is just like saying "why is Crowdpleaser a 91". I have Revolutionary Etude AAA'd and Death Piano SDG'd but still have trouble just FCing Crowdpleaser most of the time.

I was just saying that based off of my experience. I can SDG Eclipse, but I know I can't AAA it. I'm not sure if I can SDG Vortex, though. I've never played it.
