Click upload
When it uploads a page will come up with lots of links

look for the one with the [img] Code i think the first link on the bottom part of the page :)

That should make it work

Notice the "Eat Me" sign under the blue ghost. I had to do all of the editing in paint because my photoshop isn't working. there was black around all of the objects and it took me one and one half hours to get it to look like it was actually in the fridge :)
