Re: FFR Suggestions
My understanding for the bulk of the life of the site, was that his hosting costs were free because he worked for the hosting company in some capacity.

Re: FFR Suggestions
I think "the wises were wrong" should be replaced with a different song. Whats the point of having a token when the song doesnt work anymore? The song doesnt appear on the engine for me.

Re: FFR Suggestions
or somehow make it work in R^3 :P

Re: FFR Suggestions
Hi,
1) I suggest auto-focusing the search box in R^3 engine, when you click on "search". It doesn't make sence to have to click twice to search. 2) [Already answered] Also, what is happening with (though that concerns more Velocity than R^3 I'd guess) ? I'd like to be able to play legacy songs, even though I know they aren't used for ranks (but they're used for tokens !). And using old engine to play them is a bit lot "meh" :/ . I am fully aware they aren't necessarily in sync. If you're doing so, I suggest prefixing something like "LEGACY - " to the song status ("AAA", "FC", "UNPLAYED", etc.) to make it clear it is considered differently. RedSword |

Re: FFR Suggestions
The legacy songs can be difficult to access for new players and not very intuitive. Kinda wish there was an easier way to access them without having to go to options.

Re: FFR Suggestions
R^3 filter request: filter by raw goods. This is better than filtering by score because you can eliminate all songs that fall outside of a range of an inclusive range of scores without factoring total notecount.

Re: FFR Suggestions
Can we add an Auto-fail for Max Combo? There are some challenges that a feature like this would make a lot more user friendly.

Re: FFR Suggestions
That would probably make some skill tokens too easy. Like viennacore is pretty tricky because you need to know your pa and stuffs.

Re: FFR Suggestions
In R^3 :
(1) I'd be nice if there was a way to purchase songs. FFR v1 had a shop. A simple & nice way would be to allow double-clicking non-bought songs to purchase them. As this might be done by mistake, a simple confirmation, as is used for the "Reset" under "Other Options" could do the job. Possibly making the first click update the information box on the right might be nice too (so we'd see the song length & other stuff). (2)I also see no reason to not show the difficulty of a song that is locked (not purchased), so I'd like to be able to see the song difficulty of a non-purchased song. Both (1) and (2) are annoying because they force you to browse the website to see the information or get the song. Thank you ! RedSword |
Re: FFR Suggestions
Hello,
I might've found a song that should be moved to legacy: "For FFR" (difficulty 72) All notes are the same color and the rolls are not perfectly aligned as well ~Matthia |

Re: FFR Suggestions
I suggest adding the amount of songs in a category. For instance on the left side, instead of "Easiest" you'd see "Easiest (18)" [18 playable]. This ease objective calculus (for instance "I'd like to AAA all 'Easiest' songs", then you'd know there are 18).
