The wolves may not be able to discuss the event, but they still know each other's identities, which means they can vote en masse if we announce our selections. So it seems like the best option is to massvote one girl at the end, or to keep our selections private. Either should statistically favor town by the player ratio.

In which case, I'm guessing under this logic that there's another group of items being tossed around alongside this secret shop since the OP states there's only one of each.
